To ensure your lashes are clean before your appointment, follow these steps:
- Remove any eye makeup, including mascara and eyeliner, using a gentle, oil-free makeup remover.

- Cleanse your lashes with a mild, oil-free cleanser to remove any residual makeup, dirt, or oils.

- Avoid using oily or heavy skincare products around the eye area before your appointment, as these can leave a residue on your lashes.

- If you wear contact lenses, consider removing them before your appointment to avoid any potential irritation or discomfort during the lash application process.
​
- We provide lash baths before every session, though they aren't makeup removal treatments. If your lashes need extra cleansing, there's a $10 fee.

Clean lashes provide a clean surface for the lash extensions to adhere to. Any oils, makeup, or residue on your lashes can interfere with the adhesive, leading to poor retention of the extensions.
When your lashes are clean, your lash artist can work more efficiently and effectively. They can focus on applying the extensions evenly and precisely without having to spend extra time cleaning your lashes.
Lash extensions are more likely to last longer when applied to clean lashes. Proper adhesion means the extensions are less likely to fall out prematurely, resulting in a longer-lasting lash look.

Things to do prior your appointment

- DO NOT drink caffeine please : this causes your eyes to jitter which makes it difficult to isolate the lashes
​
- NO MAKEUP just bare face : makes it easy for us when we tape down and getting started
​
- When appointment begins please relax and feel free to communicate if there are any worries and complications. We admire being a safe space we encourage talking before tape down, but towards actual application we may ask you to refrain from talking as your eyes do move.
- As lash specialist we want to ensure you have a great experience with us and we appreciate the intimate conversations during the appointments <3.

HOW TO KNOW WHEN TO BOOK FOR A LASH FILL
Please schedule your fills based on when you last had your lashes done. Booking in advance secures your preferred time slot.
Remember, lash fills vary with your natural lash growth cycle. Even if your lashes seem full, extensions grow with your natural hair and need replacing.
For 2-3 week fills, book within 21 days of your last appointment. Make sure you have at least 40% of your lashes remaining. Thank you for understanding!

-If you currently have lash extensions on, it is required you book a removal service with your new set on your first visit. This is to avoid the risk of mixing different adhesives and different materials with extensions applied at other salons.
