BOOKING FEE
To secure a Full Set or Fill appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is necessary. This fee will be subtracted from the total service cost upon completion of the service.
BOOKING EXPECTATIONS
Guests are kindly requested to REFRAIN from accompanying clients during appointments. Our appointments are tailored to provide our clients with a luxurious experience devoid of distractions. It is essential to maintain a conducive work environment for our lash artists to focus and perform their duties effectively. Thank you for your understanding.
CONFIRMATION NOTIFICATIONS
Upon booking your appointment, you will promptly receive appointment details. Additionally, a confirmation request will be sent 72 hours prior to your appointment, followed by a reminder 24 hours prior. Should you encounter any issues with receiving notifications, please reach out to us through email. We are committed to ensuring you have all the necessary information for your appointment.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Kindly inform us with a minimum of 24 -72 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Not adhering to this requirement will result in a $20 charge during your next visit.

Should you require a rescheduling, please notify us at least 24 - 72 hours before your appointment, and you can utilize your booking fee towards a future appointment.

No call NO-SHOWS will not be allowed to book an appointment
We offer a 10-minute grace period for your appointment. However, after that, we'll have to cancel your appointment and unfortunately forfeit your booking fee and reschedule.
Also, please keep in mind that we're unable to extend your appointment time if you're running late. So, to make the most of your lash session, please try to be on time!
