How to Clean Your Lash Extensions

Clean Lashes = Healthy Lashes

Regularly cleaning lash extensions is essential for maintaining their appearance, preventing discomfort, and safeguarding eye health.

Cleaning removes built-up oils, makeup residue, and debris, reducing the risk of bacterial infections and extending the longevity of the extensions.

Keeping lashes clean also enhances comfort, minimizes irritation, and provides a smooth canvas for flawless makeup application, ensuring both beauty and eye health are preserved.

Understanding Our Work Canvas

Cleaning your lashes is an essential everyday task. Day and night, you should be cleaning your lashes with a gel cleanser ensuring thorough cleansing to prevent build up and debris from occurring.

When lashes aren't clean during the appointment it takes time away from the actual appointment. If the lashes aren't clean it won't allow the adhesive to adhere to the lashes, thus causing poor retention.

When preparing for an appointment please come with clean lashes, to ensure you get the best retention. Coming unprepared with unclean lashes, will result in a $10 up charge. Thank you for understanding.

HOW TO KNOW WHEN TO BOOK FOR A LASH FILL

Please schedule your fills based on when you last had your lashes done. Booking in advance secures your preferred time slot.

Remember, lash fills vary with your natural lash growth cycle. Even if your lashes seem full, extensions grow with your natural hair and need replacing.

For 2-3 week fills, book within 21 days of your last appointment. Make sure you have at least 40% of your lashes remaining. Thank you for understanding!

SLC DOES NOT PERFORM FOREIGN FILLS

-If you currently have lash extensions on, it is required you book a removal service with your new set on your first visit. This is to avoid the risk of mixing different adhesives and different materials with extensions applied at other salons.
